Washing machine:
A clothes washer, or washer, is a machine designed to
wash laundry, such as clothing, towels and sheets. The
term is mostly applied only to machines that use water
as the primary cleaning solution, as opposed to dry
cleaning (which uses alternative cleaning fluids, and
is performed by specialist businesses) or even ultrasonic
cleaners.
Sewing machine:
A sewing machine is a textile machine used to stitch
fabric or other material together with thread. Sewing
machines were invented during the first Industrial Revolution
to decrease the amount of manual sewing work performed
in clothing companies. Since the invention of the first
working sewing machine, generally considered to have
been the work of Englishman Thomas Saint in 1790, the
sewing machine has vastly improved the efficiency and
productivity of fabric and clothing industries.
Air conditioner: An
air conditioner (often referred to as AC) is a home
appliance, system, or mechanism designed to dehumidify
and extract heat from an area. The cooling is done using
a simple refrigeration cycle. |
